The Diocesan Annual Multicultural Mass will be celebrated on the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe, at St. Joseph Cathedral on Sunday, November 20th at 2:00 PM. The liturgy will include participation by some of the many cultures that make up the Diocese.
The USCCB describes this Mass as “The Church gathers as one community to praise and worship God, one community of faith with many faces, languages, heritages, and experiences. Multicultural liturgies are opportunities to promote unity and collaboration among local ethnic groups and to build rapport with them.”
Please join Bishop Peter Libasci in the celebration of this Mass. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish of food representative of their culture to share after the Mass in the auditorium of the Cathedral.
